About the Opportunity
This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced executive office, providing critical support to the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive. You will be responsible for coordinating strategic priorities, projects, and communications across both the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
With oversight of one of the largest health infrastructure portfolios in the country, your advice and coordination will influence decisions that directly impact patients, communities, and enable the effective delivery of NSW Health's capital program.
Responsibilities:
Leading a High-Performing Team
You will lead a high-performing team, providing executive and administrative support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.
This role requires a strategic thinker, solutions-focused leader with exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex policy, planning, and operational challenges.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to draw on your strategic insight and sound judgement to provide high-level advice and support on complex matters.
