We're seeking a visionary professional to spearhead customer-centric strategies, driving business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer strategy initiatives to support the organization's vision and goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine required capabilities for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop CX transformation roadmaps.
  • Engage leaders to ensure thinking and strategies are adopted and embedded into plans, driving business transformation.
Key Requirements:
  • Broad experience in customer strategy, human-centered design, and leading strategy initiatives.
  • Experience in telecommunications, finance, or insurance industries or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Tertiary qualification at degree level in marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
