The Job of Strategic Leadership

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader, with significant experience in managing diverse teams and driving strategic growth. They will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth through innovative models of care and service delivery.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in community mental health settings.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance quality of services and drive business effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure seamless integration of departmental advice into organisational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of changes and improvements, ensuring alignment with organisational vision.
Essential Criteria

Qualifications: Post graduate qualifications in business, finance or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of successful team management and strategic leadership.

Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse work areas, provide effective feedback and performance management, and adhere to all staff recruitment procedures.
