Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Relationship Manager to manage work priorities and represent Operations' interests in relation to Clients and Client Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The successful candidate will act as the front and face for the NielsenIQ operations team, capturing client requirements, managing communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and executing a final validation on client deliverables. This role involves developing and managing relationships across senior members of NielsenIQ and major manufacturing clients, proposing and aligning their data standards, and supporting the implementation of action plans where client or client service involvement is required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-2 years of experience in an operational or client-facing role, with good technology skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to build relationships and work with people from different regions and cultures, possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, and have a good eye for detail.

You will also require good business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to drive and manage projects forward to meet client needs. A good decision-maker who can communicate delivery requirements to Output Leads, you will be responsible for reporting quality metrics on behalf of clients and supporting the quality team in root cause analysis.
