About the Role

We're expanding, and we need a partnership-focused individual to take ownership of building and maintaining valuable relationships with real estate agents, storage facilities, building managers, stylists, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Development: Research, connect with, and establish new partner relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support, communication, and problem-solving for existing partners.
  • Process Coordination: Work closely with operations and bookings teams to ensure partner needs are met efficiently.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Use Zoho CRM to manage partner interactions and track engagement.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
  • Confidence in building rapport and developing strong, long-term relationships.
