Job Title: National Sales Director

Job Overview:

The position of National Sales Director is responsible for driving the company's revenue strategy and leading the sales team in executing this plan. This role will oversee all aspects of sales, from strategic planning to cross-functional collaboration and revenue execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, working closely with internal teams to execute effectively and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including trading desks, DSPs, agencies, and holding companies through negotiations and partnerships.
  • Evaluate and optimize the company's product offerings and ad tech stack to maximize demand across programmatic channels.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the ecosystem to refine the company's strategy and build a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, DMP/CDPs, and RTB.
  • Strong professional network across holding companies, independent agencies, and in-house brand buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically to solve client and business challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and build strong internal relationships.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital media sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving high-growth revenue streams and exceeding sales targets.
