**The role**

At CCEP, our Assistant Revenue and Margin Growth Managers play a pivotal role in supporting the Revenue and Margin Growth Managers and Head of Revenue and Margin Growth Management to develop, align and implement our profit architecture including our in-year promotional optimisation within our sales channels.

Delivering our long range plan (LRP) will be achieved by enabling our people to make better data and insight informed pricing, promotional and investment decisions as well as empowering our people with clarity around our future direction, confidence in approach and fit for purpose tools.

This role supports the planning and execution of our future category led pack, price architecture (PPA) and profit design. The individual in this role will be focused on analysis, modelling, systems and reporting to support a broad range of business growth topics and profit outcomes.

Success in this role will be defined by the delivery of data driven strategic initiatives including accurate and timely delivery of analysis and insights.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Supporting the development of Revenue & Margin Growth Management (R&MGM) guiding principles, playbook analysis and modelling
- Investment and spend efficiency modelling
- Promotional Calendar review, modelling and optimisation
- Reporting on promotional and pricing ROI
- Constraint based modelling and optimisation
- New product commercialisation modelling and recommendations
- Competitor performance reporting and insights
- Support tracking and reporting on Strategic Initiatives
- Strategy lead supporting the Commercial Partnerships team
- SoX compliance reporting support
- Build capability and technical understanding of stakeholders
- Seek out opportunities to engage with and add value to the broader business by removing pain points within the business

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- RGM management or analyst experience within FMCG / CPG
- Excellent financial acumen and business reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to be a critical thinker and strong problem solver
- strong influencing skills with great personal impact
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline
- Experience in Tableau / SAP / PowerBI highly regarded
