Key Role

The National Sales Director is responsible for driving and scaling revenue growth through strategic planning, marketplace positioning, cross-functional team collaboration, and revenue execution. This role oversees the sales function from top-line strategy to revenue delivery, working closely with key partners to achieve goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, DMP/CDPs, and RTB. They should possess strong relationships across holding companies, agencies, and in-house brand buyers, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

This role requires a data-driven mind-set with experience using analytics to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically to solve client and business challenges, work cross-functionally with other departments, and build strong internal relationships.

Accountabilities
  1. Develop and execute ARN's programmatic sales strategy, partnering closely with digital partners, total media sales teams, and programmatic operations teams.
  2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with trading desks, DSPs, agencies, and holding companies through negotiations.
  3. Evolve ARN's programmatic product offering and ad tech stack to optimize demand across programmatic channels.
  4. Leverage market insights, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic ecosystem to refine ARN's programmatic strategy and build competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with 5+ in a programmatic leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive high-growth revenue streams and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Strong relationships across holding companies, agencies, and in-house brand buyers.
