**Destination Ambassador Supervisor**

We are seeking a talented Destination Ambassador Supervisor to join our team at Chandler Macleod. As a key member of our Visitor Services team, you will provide high-quality tourist information to visitors and support our volunteer Sydney Ambassadors through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and accurate information to visitors
* Assist with training and coordination of volunteer Ambassadors
* Set up and manage Visitor Service areas, including cruise meet & greet and special events
* Serve as a point of contact for Ambassadors, ensuring correct information and WHS procedures are followed
* Stay up-to-date with events and procedures to share with visitors, colleagues, and Ambassadors
* Provide regular feedback to Ambassadors and Visitor Services Coordinator

**Requirements:

* Strong geographical knowledge of Sydney, New South Wales, and travel and tourism products
* Demonstrated customer focus and delivery of high-quality service
* Effective interpersonal and written skills
* Clear and concise verbal communication skills
* Problem-solving and lateral thinking skills
* Ability to work a 7-day roster across operational hours
