As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers to make the world work for everyone. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the customer, technology, and sales cycle. A great Technical Solutions Expert is a trusted advisor to customers and sales teams alike.

To excel in this position, you will undergo comprehensive education and training through our Solution Consultant Academy. This program includes expert instruction in ServiceNow product and technology, sales and product demonstration techniques, and education in information technology (IT). Hands-on learning, mentorship from professionals, and a collaborative team atmosphere are emphasized.

Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed as a Technical Solutions Expert. You will learn about ServiceNow Platform and Certification, ServiceNow Product Lines, Presentation and Demo Skills, Value Selling, Proposal Writing, Discovery and Objection Handling, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
