Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with customers to deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences, providing technical expertise in the pre-sales process, and demonstrating how our solutions can provide value to customers.

About the Role

The Technical Solutions Expert will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs, guide their AI strategy, and identify high-value use cases and applications. They will also collaborate with business and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions and recommend architectural patterns to kickstart implementation and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences
  • Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process
  • Demonstrate the value of our solutions to customers
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop and implement solutions
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Humble attitude and willingness to learn
  • High horsepower and strong problem-solving skills
