Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role involves capturing customer feedback, advocating for product enhancements, and anticipating customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and consulting on distributed applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the voice of the customer by bringing customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmaps.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain-aligned teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Act as a thought leader by sharing best practices through forums such as blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Develop and support an internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide, creating field enablement materials for the broader population to help them understand how to integrate solutions into customer architectures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong written communication skill, working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, and experience working within software development or Internet-related industries. AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise is preferred.

A computer science degree or equivalent experience is also required.
