Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to engage and support our customers in the Pacific region. This role will work closely with sales teams and customers, ensuring that technology components of products and services are supported effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience working with technology products and customer-facing roles. Will serve as primary point of contact for sales teams and customers, handling technical and non-technical queries. Must be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to software and hardware. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required. Self-starter comfortable working independently within a small team. Will collaborate with global teams to manage market hardware releases and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations. Product Training and Subject Matter Expertise:
Deliver training to customers on solutions. Conduct demonstrations to prospective customers as part of sales process. Key Responsibilities:
Guide users through solutions with detailed instructions, ensuring seamless experience. Document issues and solutions to build knowledge bases and improve future support. Develop sample code to support customers porting applications to products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in technology space.
  • Knowledge of Android operating system.
  • Experience working with distributors and partners across Pacific region is highly preferred.
