Job Description

The Technical Solutions Expert provides technical expertise to potential clients, supporting the sales team with product features, advantages, and benefits. They work closely with clients to design solutions meeting their technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultation to customers on products and solutions.
  • Work with sales teams to understand commercial needs and provide pre-sales support.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Design and develop technical solutions meeting customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Review proposals and quotes for technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful solution delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies relevant to our products and solutions.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or information technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role in a software company, preferably within media asset management.
  • Effective articulation of technical details and benefits to customers.
  • Experience in technical sales environments, including working with sales teams and delivering technical demonstrations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for close client collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating client requirements into innovative solutions.
