Senior Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and positioning tailored solutions during the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support sales efforts across various platforms, including CRM, CPQ, and automation tools.
  • Lead engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that effectively showcase business value, helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Foster trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance offerings, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the broader Solution Consulting team to share best practices, reusable assets, and industry knowledge, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, enabling informed business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in technical solution consulting, preferably with a focus on CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
