About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best method to meet our client's requirements efficiently.

The preferred location for this role is Melbourne or Sydney, but we are open to other locations as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in defining their business requirements.
  • Support clients with their business issues and business improvements.
  • Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer's requirements and the capabilities of the TechnologyOne software.
  • Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
  • Design, Implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions and enhance their experiences.
  • Create change requests where enhancements are required.
  • Work with resources to ensure the client is maximizing the value from their chosen TechnologyOne ERP.
  • Help our clients to Simplify, Optimize and Modernize their business applications.
  • Undertake an active involvement in the development of the product reference databases and identify and document potential internal developments to the TechnologyOne software.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience using TechnologyOne Enterprise Content Management as a System Administrator or Super user.
  • Local government experience using TechnologyOne is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working on BPA and DocOne knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • TechnologyOne Property & Rating and Financials Integration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Superior verbal communication skills.
  • Superior written skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with individuals and groups at all levels within Atturra and customer organisations.

This role offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
