Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position demands a robust background in account management, particularly within the business software or hospitality sectors. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will assist them in optimizing their use of our central reservation system (CRS) to boost revenue and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for designated hotel accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer retention through renewals, and providing continuous support.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and deliver customized presentations to illustrate the benefits and return on investment of potential solution enhancements.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle for new solutions, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to devise strategies and campaigns that resonate with hotel clients.
- Document sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software to guarantee precise reporting and forecasting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the hotel software or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
