About the RoleJohn Holland's Infrastructure division is currently constructing some of Australia's most complex projects. Due to industry expansion, the John Holland Infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Project Accountant for an upcoming Water Infrastructure project in regional NSW.
The role involves preparing monthly Payment Claims to clients based on Actual Costs reported against Target Actual Costs to date. You will also process agreed adjustments to project revenue and Target Actual Costs / budget, prepare client revenue invoicing, and coordinate month end financial processes.
You will provide support for audits and investigations, ensure the integrity of business processes, and comply with John Holland internal controls. Additionally, you will prepare / collate documents and facilitate audit / review of project Actual Costs by clients as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous Accounting experience, qualifications in Accounting, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and experience in working on an Infrastructure Construction project. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, particularly Excel intermediate, is also essential.
