We're committed to delivering exceptional results, and that starts with having the right people on our team. That's why we're seeking a talented Senior Financial Accountant to join our Infrastructure division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience working on complex infrastructure projects. They'll be responsible for preparing monthly payment claims, processing revenue and expenses, and coordinating financial processes.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a $450m Water Infrastructure project in regional NSW. You'll be part of a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payment claims to clients based on actual costs reported against target actual costs to date.
- Process agreed adjustments to project revenue and target actual costs/budget in the project cost reporting system.
- Prepare client revenue invoicing, allocation of receipts, and debtor reporting.
- Coordinate month-end financial processes, preparation, and posting of accruals, clearing journals, etc.
Requirements
- Previous accounting experience with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
- Qualifications in accounting or a related field.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
