Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our Water Infrastructure market, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on project management with multidisciplinary experience and knowledge sharing to build capability.
- Ensure project work complies with the scope, statutory/regulatory requirements, and client standards as well as safety in design processes and requirements.
- Be responsible for implementing Jacobs QA procedures and client QA requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and project financial performance.
- Meet commercial outcomes by managing time, cost, budget, and change management.
- Facilitate the production of documentation to enable clients to progress projects such as construction, support field work of clients and their contractors during commissioning as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of managing complex multidisciplinary projects in the water infrastructure sector.
- Extensive experience working on projects of high complexity, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate a culture of excellence, capability building, and inclusion within the team.
- A deep understanding of the importance of safety in design processes and requirements, with a commitment to maintaining a zero-harm culture.
- The ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
As a Senior Water Infrastructure Program Manager at Jacobs, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
