Mechanical Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Apply contemporary construction methods to complete assigned works in compliance with client expectations, company objectives, and contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement construction planning, programming, and completion schedules.
- Monitor progress, ensuring high-quality work and techniques, and report regularly on project performance and costs against company objectives.
- Manage subcontractor work to achieve outcomes.
- Stakeholder management: Engage stakeholders actively and develop beneficial relationships between the project, clients, subcontractors, community, and other external parties.
- People management: Establish and develop a high-performing team to ensure the project achieves targets.
- Financial management: Ensure strong contract, commercial, and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with JH's authority and reporting frameworks, and maximize profit margins for the project.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering or similar.
- Previous experience within a Tier One contractor for a minimum of 2 years.
- Previous experience in delivering D&C water infrastructure projects and managing mechanical installation contractors is preferred.
- Experience in delivering infrastructure projects, with exposure to Subcontract Management, Project Delivery, Commissioning, Environmental & Controls, and Schedule Management.
- A passion for teamwork and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- An understanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance, and reporting procedures.
The Salary Package:
$130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive leave package.
