Business Development Manager

We are a well-established Australian FMCG company operating across Metcash and Independent channels, catering to the Healthy Snacking, Baking, and breakfast categories.
Salary PackageWe offer a strong salary package of approximately $120,000 per annum, along with flexible work arrangements.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve owning the IGA, Metcash, and Export accounts, with responsibilities including:
- Optimising product performance through data analysis, promotional submission completion, and general administration;
- Providing sales forecasting, trade spend, and systems management;
- Executing claims processing across accounts;
- Delivering financial targets relating to volume, net sales, and gross margin contribution for major accounts;
- Using data analysis to identify and pursue ranging, sales, market share, and profit improvement possibilities;
- Supporting category and business review presentations;
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
We seek an experienced National Account Executive or Account Manager with:
- Background in an FMCG business;
- Experience in Sales, Category, or Account Management roles;
- High competency in computer information systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand complex information.
