The role of Strategic HR Partner is to drive professional, comprehensive talent development initiatives across various business units. This includes driving strategic people plans in line with global and regional strategies, including talent attraction, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing local HR processes to ensure adherence to regional and global best practices, including onboarding, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Providing expert HR guidance on local employee relations matters and ensuring compliance to labor regulations
  • Leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and create a high-performing culture
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives, including communications and transition planning
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR professional, with a strong background in talent management and development
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working effectively under pressure to drive multiple deliverables in tight timeframes, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with a focus on results-driven outcomes
