Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will involve leading recruitment, HRIS administration, and training initiatives across multiple sites.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR expert who is passionate about driving business outcomes through people management. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Oversight of HRIS platforms, including configuration and administration
  • Design and deliver training programs to build staff capability
  • Provide expert guidance on HR strategy, compliance, and employee development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as a business partner or advisor
  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, with hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
  • A passion for training and development, with a focus on building staff capability
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to coach and support leaders
