Job Title: Strategic Talent Partner

The Role is a critical position to centralise and implement group recruitment strategies, policies, processes and activities. This includes being the first point of contact for employees from various departments, to support business plans and talent agendas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR issues and develop staff retention strategies
  • Assist Business leaders to support them in HR & Operations administration, and legislation
  • Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
  • Ensure standards are maintained across the network
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
