Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to support our organization's strategic objectives. As a key member of our dynamic Human Resources team, you will work closely with leaders and support employees across Australia and New Zealand.

As an HR Business Partner, you will engage, influence, and partner with client groups, developing a deep understanding of the business strategy and balancing people and commercial landscapes to focus on business outcomes and results.

You will drive people initiatives around employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management, while providing support and guidance across all aspects of HR.

Key responsibilities include enhancing our people strategy, educating and empowering leaders, building strong cross-functional relationships, and promoting a positive, performance-driven culture.

In this role, you will work on various local projects and help build stronger global relationships, making a significant impact on our organization's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner, preferably in finance or technology.
  • Experience in strategic and operational HR activities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or psychology preferred.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law; NZ experience desirable.
  • Experience across the full HR spectrum, focusing on employee experience and performance management.
