**About the role**
This is a standalone specialist role reporting directly to the Head of HR. The focus of this role is on a mix of both operational and strategic responsibilities including building the talent function to elevate it to the next level - moving away from reactive recruitment to proactive practices, building talent pipelines and pools, and partnering with stakeholders to consult with, coach and train managers on contemporary recruitment practices.

This role is hands-on in the end to end recruitment of all white collar roles in varied geographical areas across NSW and the ACT such as roles in Administration, Executive Administration, and Financial Services and Risk.
