Job Title: HR Business Partner

At our organisation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our business by providing expert HR advice and driving talent strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives that drive business outcomes and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to managers and leaders on ways of working, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage complex ER/IR matters, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Drive talent initiatives, including succession planning, career pathways, and leadership coaching.
  • Use data and insights to inform strategic HR decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience with a qualification in FMCG and/or retail background is highly desirable.
  • Sound understanding and current knowledge of employment law and Awards.
  • Experience in an organisation with a large casual workforce is essential.
  • Skilled influencer with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven, solutions-focused, and proactive approach.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and curiosity.
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and passionate about people.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across multiple stakeholder groups.
