DigiCert is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Technical Trainer to design and develop our "Technical Professional" and "PKI Architect" certification programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and facilitating online and live instructor-led training sessions for internal staff, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze training needs through a needs assessment process and consult with key stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain learning content, including instructor-led and self-paced eLearning training on DigiCert products and services.
- Facilitate online and live instructor-led training sessions for DigiCert internal staff, partners, and customers.
- Act as project leader in managing deliverables, schedules, and overall implementation of programs.
- Create complex virtual lab environments that support our virtual, instructor-led training offerings.
- Contribute innovative approaches to field enablement by keeping current with new learning methods and technologies.
- 3-5 years' experience working with enterprise PKI deployments, implementations, certificate enrollment automation, and issuance methods.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or work experience or CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CTT+ certifications.
- Experience with Cloud-Hosted Virtual IT Labs (VMWare, Cloud Share).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle).
- Experience with eLearning Content Development Tools (Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate).
