Regional Business Development Manager Vic/Tas

Red Earth Energy is seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and building long-term strategic relationships with resellers and solar retailers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in the world of renewable energy and knows how to create lasting partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets in a B2B environment and possess top-tier communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Network Expansion
  • Recruit and onboard new solar resellers and retailers who align with our values.
  • Develop strategies to expand into new markets and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Relationship Management
  • Be the go-to person for all resellers in your region, providing top-notch support and ensuring they feel valued.
  • Deliver training and guidance to help our partners sell smarter and hit their goals.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and seal the deal with confidence.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Stay sharp on the latest Red Earth Energy products, industry trends, and competitor advancements.
  • Offer product training and technical support to resellers and retailers.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create standout campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Keep leadership in the loop with accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and sales insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and reseller performance.
