Regional Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving regional growth and strategic partnerships.

They will have a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and digital identity in regulated markets, as well as experience selling into AU/NZ Government (Federal and State) and regulated industries like Banking/Finance/Travel.

  • This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who can lead new business generation across Government and Banking/Financial Services sectors in AU/NZ.
About This Role

This role involves account management, sales strategy, pipeline health, and accurate forecasting via CRM and weekly revenue reviews.

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Government and BFSI sectors in AU/NZ.
  • Strategically manage and grow the ATO relationship, aligning with federal digital identity priorities.
  • Map the market, research opportunities, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors.
  • Position iProov as a trusted partner to C-level, security, innovation, and procurement leaders.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Regional Growth Strategist with:

  • A proven track record in enterprise sales within digital identity, cybersecurity, or compliance technology.
  • Demonstrated success selling into AU/NZ Government (Federal and State) and regulated industries like Banking/Finance/Travel.
  • Strong understanding of AU/NZ procurement processes, government sales cycles, and compliance environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
