Hotel Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Sheraton Hotel. As a key member of our community-focused work environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading the Guest Services team.
About the Role:- You will serve as the connector and facilitator of collective power, overseeing the Guest Services team and supporting them with general operational tasks.
- You will be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience.
- You will assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
- You will handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences tailored to each guest's requirements.
- You will assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests while following up with guest questions and requests, focusing on attention to detail.
- You will build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, driving future bookings.
- You will oversee service standards, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
- You will be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.
- You will plan and execute team building activities for your team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- You should have experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
- You should have relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.
- You should have working rights in Australia.
- You should be enthusiastic about escalating your career.
- You should be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
