About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead key account development across a leading retail group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and driving business growth through effective account management.
You will develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs, maintain strong communication channels, and collaborate on category strategies to deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and execute key account plans to drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Analyse customer data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Prepare and present regular business updates and insights
- Coach and mentor account managers to improve performance
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and developing strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
