
Dynamic Partnership Developer

This is a dynamic role where you will drive joint go-to-market initiatives and deepen our AWS relationship in the APJ region. Your mission is to build executive relationships, drive strategic collaboration, maximize funding and program opportunities, and accelerate joint customer wins.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for AWS partnership management across APJ.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with AWS field teams, partner development managers (PDMs), and business leaders.
- Drive joint planning activities, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and mutual success metrics.
- Identify, secure, and manage AWS funding programs for key customer initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing to align offerings with AWS priorities.
- Ensure successful execution of co-selling, co-marketing, and customer acceleration programs.
- Track AWS certifications, competencies, and program compliance to maximize Partner status.
- Provide proactive communication to internal stakeholders on AWS opportunities, funding mechanisms, and changes.
- Proven experience managing a strategic alliance, ideally with AWS or a similar hyperscaler.
- Deep understanding of AWS programs, funding models, and co-sell motions.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Highly organized, with strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work across complex, matrixed environments and with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset passionate about partnerships and customer success.
