Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage partnerships for our sales team. This role will involve working closely with producers, talent and sales teams to develop market leading solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all shows across 2GB & 4BC, as well as national brands Money News & Healthy Living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling go-to-market collateral and communicate opportunities to the sales teams in a timely manner.
  • Develop integrated campaigns using audio assets to drive premium revenue across audio-only and multi-platform solutions.
  • Deliver seamless implementation across the content portfolio for clients and programming/production partners.
  • Provide support and knowledge to sales teams.

Seniority: Mid-level. The ideal candidate will have some developed knowledge and skills to bring to the role and team, typically within 2-5 years of experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute campaigns and projects, including co-branding, events, and lead-sharing.
  • Excellent negotiation, results orientation, and written communication skills.
