About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Integrations Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our ecosystem of product integration partners across APAC.

In this role, you'll work closely with local and global teams to drive partnerships that enhance our platform and deliver value to our customers.

  • Act as the primary contact for integration partners across APAC
  • Align with partners on strategic goals and ensure product roadmaps support our priorities
  • Manage relationships with app developers, vendors, and partners building on our platforms
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and commercial teams to structure and negotiate agreements
  • Conduct regular partner touchpoints to share updates and gather feedback
  • Contribute regional insights to global strategy discussions
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities using industry connections

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:

  • Partnerships, ideally within POS, payments, hospitality tech, or B2B SaaS
  • Working with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and commercial
  • Fast-growing tech or SaaS companies with a global presence
  • Building and managing strategic partnerships with measurable results
  • Understanding API integrations and documentation
