The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Digital Producer to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing our top-tier clients and leading large-scale digital transformation projects. You will work closely with our team of digital specialists to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' business goals and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional communication and service.
  • Liaise and collaborate with project team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Work strategically with clients to develop new business opportunities and grow our portfolio of services.
  • Provide sales and project documentation, including estimations and proposals.
  • Develop and manage account and project forecasts.
  • Work with our creative and strategy directors to develop proactive ideas for clients.
  • Participate in new business opportunities, including presentations and pitches.
  • Draft new business proposals and tenders.
  • Define and scope projects in consultation with clients, third-party suppliers, and our team members.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a web development or digital agency environment.
  • Good knowledge of the latest digital technology.
  • Strong production and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Experience using Sitecore CMS or Drupal CMS is an advantage.
