Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, goals, and challenges to proactively deliver tailored services and solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or engagement management
  • Proven track record of retention, upselling, and/or customer success programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts and resolving escalations
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools
