We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our team in Australia. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes, ensuring each meal meets the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Workforce Supervision: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective execution of culinary tasks.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on all prepared dishes, addressing any issues to maintain high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare reports on menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations with clear recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
