  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and mentor the culinary team to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Menu Development and Planning
    • Design and develop menus that meet the needs of our diverse customer base and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Plan and execute daily specials and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, storage, and rotation to prevent waste and ensure compliance with health codes.
  • Staffing and Training
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team that is committed to delivering exceptional results.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
