About the Role

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement menus that reflect the lodge's commitment to sustainability and local culture. Your expertise will be essential in creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local suppliers and produce

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management

Requirements

  • Hands-on approach to driving team performance and culinary excellence
  • Passion for food and beverage, with experience in F&B management
  • Strong financial management skills and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of guests and team members
