Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide expert workplace rehabilitation services.
About the Role:- Conduct initial needs assessments to identify employees' return-to-work goals and barriers.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to support employees in returning to work.
- Work closely with injured employees, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Professional registration in relevant field (Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel as required.
