As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and providing case management and support. You will work closely with a network of professionals and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes through assessments, rehabilitation planning, and close collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop rehabilitation plans.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to achieve return-to-work goals.
- Provide case management and support to clients throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Relevant qualification in occupational rehabilitation or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Experience in DVA occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable.
