Employment Services Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill this Employment Services Consultant role. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of employment services, supporting individuals with injuries to return to work.

The successful candidate will have strong employment placement and job brokerage skills, as well as experience conducting assessments and completing Labour Market Analysis. They will also have the ability to develop and implement vocational rehabilitation strategies, develop opportunities and networks with employers for job placements, negotiate and influence hiring managers on behalf of clients, assist clients with resume development and cover letters, and prepare clients for confident and successful job interviews.

This role would suit someone with tertiary qualifications in Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work. Both new graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
