Rehabilitation Consultant Role

About This Position

This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals who have experienced physical and/or psychological injury at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vocational assessments, providing counsel and other evaluations as necessary, depending on your clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized rehabilitation plans, focusing on patient-centered care.

You will work in the Brisbane and/or Gold Coast area, supporting injured workers and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional), or Occupational Therapy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • Able to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for helping others rehabilitate and achieve positive outcomes.
