Job Overview

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions to enable individuals and organizations to achieve their potential.

  • Provide clinical expertise to support clients' return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.
  • Deliver prevention, rehabilitation, and training services to minimize the impact of injuries, illness, and disability.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counseling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing and promote recovery.
  • Undertake vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning to inform return-to-work facilitation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
