We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide guidance and coaching to Behaviour Support Practitioners, review behaviour support plans and clinical reports, mentor your team to deliver high-quality person-centred support, manage stakeholder relationships, own your caseload and deliver services in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with people with disability and have proven leadership experience, mentoring, supervising, and supporting others. You will be based in Brisbane and must hold advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and coaching to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Review behaviour support plans and clinical reports.
- Mentor your team to deliver high-quality person-centred support.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure best practice.
- Own your own caseload and deliver services in the community.
Requirements:
- Based in Brisbane.
- Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Proven leadership experience—mentoring, supervising, and supporting others.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Passion for working with people with disability.
- Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services.
- Full driver's licence and reliable transport.
