Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prevention and rehabilitation solutions to enable individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services and disability employment services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation and training services.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Conduct vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

Requirements:
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
