Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our team. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to promote cruise packages and provide expert advice on cruise holidays.
  • Work closely with our team to create and deliver tailored cruise packages that meet the needs of our travel agency networks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our travel agents and their clients, ensuring that their cruise holiday needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our cruise packages are competitive and of the highest quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the cruise or travel industry, with a strong understanding of cruise holidays and travel agency operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with travel agents and other stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comprehensive computer skills, with experience using GDS systems and other travel industry software.
