Cruise Wholesale Advisor

CruiseHQ, a division of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking an experienced travel industry professional to join our team as a Wholesale Cruise Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell cruise holidays, including packages, to travel agents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our agents
  • Confidently book cruises, flights, accommodations, and touring
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
  • Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • GDS experience required
